What to Bring 所須文件

The document(s) to be notarized - filled-in the document/form with the appropriate names, and information (but don't sign it; you'll sign it at the notary’s office in front of a notary 所須公證文件

Your passport or Hong Kong ID card身份證明;

For certification of true copies, please bring the ORIGINAL documents須核實文件正本 ;

A document to support your residential address in Hong Kong, e.g. a utility bill or bank statement addressed to you at your residence住址證明.
How Long It Will Take 所須時間

10 – 15 minutes for notarization if the document is straightforward 若文件不複雜, 約10 – 15 分鐘;

2 -3 days for affixing apostille by the High Court of Hong Kong海牙認証, 2 – 3天;

2 – 7 days for legalization by the Consulate, depending on the consular concerned, 外國公署或領事館驗證, 2 – 5天.
